FOKtober begins with a Koala Picnic

Celebrating 30 years of Friends of the Koala (FOK) we kick off FOKtober with a Koala Picnic. This will be a family-friendly event. It’s an opportunity to celebrate Friends of the Koala achievements over the years together.

When:

Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Cost: FREE

A coffee cart, koala hunt, colouring-in activities, a koala parade, fancy-dress competition, tours of the Koala Care Centre, and talks on koala health.

Please bring along you own picnic blanket, chairs and morning tea as there will be limited catering.

There will be tours of the centre and prizes for best koala costume, talks on koala health and an opportunity to eat cake together.

Bring your teddy, dress up and celebrate!

A few exceptional volunteers needed to help. Please call Aliison for details on 0428 216 079 if you are one.
